Office Of The Childrens Lawyer Portal

The office of the Children's Lawyer is an independent law office operating within the Victims and Vulnerable Persons Division of the Ministry of the Attorney General. The office investigates, advocates, protects, and represents the personal and property rights and obligations of children in proceedings before the courts and tribunals of Ontario. The office of the Children's Lawyer may represent the interests of the child in estate or civil matters that affect the property rights of a child.

All staff authorized to access OCL Portal must use an email address provided by their employer to register to have access to and log-in to the application.
